Responsibilities:

Able to bring market and product knowledge of industrial commodities and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
Proficiency in SAP required as well as analytical tools (PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with strategic sourcing in the manufacturing industry
Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, cost reduction, and contract negotiations via suppliers, vendors, and/or distributors
Exposure to managing diverse supplier portfolios and international vendor relationships
Project management experience with attention to deadlines and detail
Commodity strategy to align with corporate quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to execute category strategies
Lead sourcing projects and drive execution to meet cost reduction and value creation targets.

Experience:

4-7 years in Manufacturing (automotive, electrical, industrial machinery, HVAC, etc.)

Skills:

Ability to follow defined procurement processes and independently resolve challenges.
Effective communication skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and negotiate with suppliers.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness with cost-conscious decision-making.

Preferred Tools : ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
