Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to manage complex aspects of vendor onboarding, including handling exceptions, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage complex aspects of vendor onboarding, including handling exceptions and coordinating with various departments.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance vendor relationships and reduce costs.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in vendor onboarding processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Strong understanding of procurement-to-pay processes and vendor reconciliation principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in data entry and document verification.
