Job Description

Role: Senior Executive- PMO

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Greater Noida

seasoned PMO professional

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate governance activities across multiple programs.
Prepare and present
monthly and quarterly business reviews
, dashboards, and contractual reports.
Manage
real-time resource scheduling
, tracking project and non-project work.
Drive
cross-functional collaboration
, ensuring timely input and alignment across teams.
Analyze and improve functional processes and data quality.
Maintain and optimize
project documentation
(MSA, SOW, PO, OLA, CCN) using SAP/SharePoint.
Oversee
financial management
: billing, invoicing, P&L tracking, revenue forecasting, and budget adherence.
Support
resource planning
and optimization in coordination with hiring teams.
Chair service reviews and ensure SLA compliance.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong command of
Power BI
,
MS Excel
, and
PowerPoint
.
Advanced
report writing
and
presentation
skills.
Excellent
communication
and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on
data-driven decision-making
.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in
financial tracking

forecasting

profitability control
.
Familiarity with
SAP

SharePoint
, and project documentation standards.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a PMO or project governance role.
Certifications in project management or quality (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
