As a Senior Executive you will be responsible for planning and procurement of the materials in fixed schedules and in emergency to get the materials as required by customers, ensuring to meet the organization target. Major Responsibilities Responsible for Planning and Procurement. Responsible for Materials Resource Planning output. Responsible for demand and supply analysis Primary responsibility for ordering the parts through ERP / SAP Responsible for updating the purchase records. Responsible for receipt of the parts within the lead time from the supplier and follow up Responsible for KPI on inventory turn Responsible for MIS information as desired by management Responsible for Suppliers OTD and align with the KPI Collaboration with Sales, Factory, IT, Finance and Logistics in the day-to-day functions Inventory Management Responsible for maintaining and improving internal customer satisfaction level Knowledge And Education Studies in Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) or other comparable education. Work Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in the Materials Procurement / Handling department in the Enginering/ Goods Manufacturing Sector / Trading Sector. Knowledge in MS Office like EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT and usage of Lotus Notes. Experience in handling Global Agreements. Skills And Competencies Good English communication knowledge.
