About


We are a fast-growing e-commerce beauty and skincare platform with two thriving private labels – Boho, a conscious bath & body care brand, and Hiper, a science-driven dermaceutical skincare brand. We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to scale our paid media and growth campaigns across channels.


Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and other digital platforms to achieve ROI and CAC targets.

Own end-to-end campaign management – from audience segmentation, ad creation, budgeting, and bidding strategies to reporting and insights.

Drive new customer acquisition, retention, and LTV for both brands through data-backed strategies.

Work closely with creative/content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and offers.

Monitor and analyse performance data daily; optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.

Manage marketing spends efficiently and ensure timely tracking/reporting of budgets.

Collaborate with e-commerce and category teams to align campaigns with product launches, sales events, and brand priorities.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Run A/B testing and experiment with new growth hacks/channels for customer acquisition.


Requirements


1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital advertising (preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or beauty/skincare).

Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads.

Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution models.

Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

Familiarity with Shopify and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.
