● Managing the entire payroll process from collation of inputs to sending data to the payroll vendor.

● Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

● Validating payroll data to ensure correctness before processing.

● Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance) regarding payroll-related matters.

● Addressing queries and providing timely updates.

● Managing the payroll aspects of employee exits, including full and final settlement calculations and payments.

● Having a good understanding of income tax laws related to salaries.

● Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax-related documents.

● Proficiency in managing Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) processes.

● Good knowledge of state and central labor laws relevant to payroll and employee benefits.

● Handling issues related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) effectively.
