Senior Executive - Payroll

You will be a valuable member of the team at Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015 by our food-loving founders, Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta. As India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, we operate in 20 cities and have delighted over 32 lac customers with our delicious fresh meat and seafood products. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Handling attendance, leave of absence (LOP), and meal voucher calculations diligently. - Addressing queries and providing timely updates to employees. - Demonstrating a good understanding of income tax laws related to salaries. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and submitting tax-related documents promptly. - Proficiency in managing Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) processes. - Handling issues related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) effectively. We are looking for someone who: - Possesses excellent knowledge of Excel. - Has the ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently. - Is proficient in understanding and coding complex Excel formulas.
