Role: Jr. Executive / Team Lead / Sr. Executive - Mutual Fund Operations. Paytm Money is also registered with PFRDA as a Point of Presence, offering investment in the National Pension System (NPS).1 About the team: Mutual Fund Operation Deals with all MF Ops activity in coordination with Product, Tech, AMC, RTA, Exchange & CS Agents. About the role: The Jr. Executive / Team Lead / Sr. Executive will handle MF Ops activity and will be the SPOC for Mfops & knowledge in the process. Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for day-to-day reconciliation activities, working closely with the Product, Tech, BSE Star Exchange, AMC, RTA, and customer support teams to resolve reconciliation issues and customer complaints within the specified TAT. Handle daily reconciliation activities. Coordinate with internal and external departments for process smoothness. Handle BSE Star portal operations. Resolve customer queries within TAT. Coordinate with the product and tech teams for product enhancements if required. Requirements: Essential: Strong knowledge of MF Ops processes. Excellent communication and smart thinking capabilities. Graduate from any recognized university. 1 to 3 years of experience in the MF industry. Desirable: Technical skills like SQL, Excel, etc. Self-motivation and quick learning abilities. Willingness to work from the office and be available for extended hours or weekends, depending on the situation. Location: Bangalore Compensation: Budget: Depends on Experience
