We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master Manager to lead and mentor our agile teams, driving excellence in agile delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, the ability to manage complex projects, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments.
As a Scrum Master Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of agile practices, facilitating collaboration across teams, and supporting the professional growth of Scrum Masters and agile teams within the organization.
Lead, coach, and support multiple Scrum teams, promoting agile best practices and a culture of accountability and high performance.
Provide strong leadership by guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and aligned with project goals.
Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to define clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for agile projects.
Identify and proactively address impediments, risks, and dependencies that may impact team performance and project timelines.
Utilize agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to monitor team performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and develop Scrum Masters and agile coaches, fostering their professional growth and enhancing agile capabilities across the organization.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance team efficiency, and drive innovation.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent agile certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple agile teams.
Strong expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Spotify model, Nexus, etc.).
Background in software development, IT operations, or product management.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
