Gather, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and operational metrics for management review.
Automate repetitive reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to improve efficiency.
Identify data gaps, trends, and insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, HR, Sales) to validate data accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and documentation.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
Assist in creating business presentations, forecasting models, and analytical summaries.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data management systems.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred).
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data handling.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or related field.
MBA, PGDM, or Diploma in Data Analytics is an added advantage.
24 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business analytics.
Experience in hospitality, retail, finance, or operations-based industries is preferred.
Prior experience using BI tools or automation techniques is desirable.
