Senior Executive - MIS & Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – MIS & Operations to manage our Management Information System (MIS) and support key operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze operational data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making. Automate recurring reports using Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools to improve efficiency. Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and present key findings to management. Monitor operational KPIs and flag discrepancies or anomalies. Provide support during audits and compliance checks by ensuring timely availability of required reports and data. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in operations and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Prior experience in handling large datasets and operational workflows. Preferred Attributes: Highly organized with attention to detail. Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
