Role Description

The Executive / Senior Executive Field Auditor will be responsible for conducting field audits at microfinance branches, verifying financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves analyzing operational processes, identifying discrepancies, preparing audit reports with findings, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Gaya, requiring routine visits to assigned branches to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in auditing techniques, field operations, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address discrepancies
• Good communication and reporting skills to effectively present findings and recommendations
• Proven ability to work independently with attention to detail and integrity
• Experience in microfinance, NBFC, or related sectors is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other audit tools
• Willingness to travel and spend a significant amount of time in the field
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
