• Monitor ongoing training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
• Respond to Learning & Development (L&D) queries and provide necessary support.
• Update and maintain L&D documentation, reports, and training records.
• Conduct meetings with the L&D team to review progress and address challenges.
• Review training feedback and implement necessary improvements.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify and plan upcoming training needs.
• Analyze training data and prepare performance and impact reports.
• Review and update L&D strategies and program frameworks.
• Plan and organize large-scale training workshops and employee development events.
• Strong understanding of L&D principles and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management & organizational skills
• Experience with digital learning platforms
• Exposure to global training initiatives & diverse workforce engagement
