Senior Executive

We at Kunvarji Group are looking to hire Executive/Sr. Executive - Operations & Logistics based at Ahmedabad. Person will be responsible for following activities:

1. Inventory Management

a. Obtain daily inventory reports from warehouse, godown, and CFS/port for physical stock.
b. Reconcile daily physical stock with system records.c. Create and manage inventory items and warehouse entries in the ERP system.d. Record repacking entries in ERP.e. Generate MIS reports for inventory control and management.f. Conduct weekly reconciliation between ERP data and physical stock.

2. Back Office

a. Create purchase and sales orders for domestic transactions.
b. Maintain physical records of all sales and purchase orders.c. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of packing materials.d. Track and maintain records of container movements and weighing slips.e. Track vessels and keep relevant records.f. Maintain a purchase register linked with export invoices.g. Prepare reports related to weight shortages.

4. Export Documentation

5. Legal and Compliance

Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly filing of export-related data with the following authorities:

APEDA

FIEO

IPOC

Spice Board

Salary Budget - 3 to 6 LPA
