Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate investment opportunities and a proven track record in sales or business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored real estate investment solutions. Actively engage in business development by identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, property valuations, and investment strategies. Coordinate site visits, property presentations, and negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement. Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports to management. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales, business development, or a related field. Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Deep understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
