Senior Executive-IT

As the IT Infrastructure Administrator, your role involves the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure at the site. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of validation deliverables at all stages, as well as supporting Computer systems validation activities for GxP systems. Your key responsibilities include: - Performance monitoring of IT infrastructure and conducting periodic reviews of GxP systems - Drafting, implementing, and periodically reviewing SOPs - Ensuring that all IT-related activities are performed according to SOPs and guidelines - Ensuring that all GxP systems are in compliance with regulatory requirements - Providing support to end users for their IT-related issues/incidents/requests - Coordinating with the Corporate support team for global applications and IT infrastructure - Performing periodic backup, restoration, and archival of data on GxP systems - Enforcing the required security controls on computerized systems - Managing user accounts and administration for GxP applications and computerized systems - Maintaining good housekeeping, ensuring IT infrastructure is in working condition, and managing required documentation - Executing and monitoring routine backup activities - Handling Windows administration, Network administration, and providing IT infrastructure support - Coordinating with vendors for Facility Management Services (FMS), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Warranty services - Ensuring adherence to compliance, Information security, and data integrity standards - Following GxP (GMP, GDP, etc.) for all processes and training subordinates to do the same Additionally, please ensure to follow the GxP guidelines for all processes and train your subordinates to comply with these standards.,
