Senior Executive-IT

As the IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure at the site. Your role will involve the preparation and execution of validation deliverables at all stages, as well as providing support in Computer systems validation activities for GxP systems. You will be tasked with monitoring the performance of the IT infrastructure, conducting periodic reviews of GxP systems, drafting and implementing SOPs, and ensuring that all IT-related activities are carried out in compliance with SOPs and guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GxP systems are in compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will provide support to end users for their IT-related issues, incidents, and requests, as well as coordinate with the Corporate support team for global applications and IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for performing periodic backups, restorations, and archival of data on GxP systems, ensuring security controls on computerized systems, and managing user administration for GxP applications and computerized systems. Your duties will include maintaining good housekeeping, ensuring IT infrastructure is in working condition, and managing required documentation. You will also be responsible for executing and monitoring routine backup activities, handling Windows administration, network administration, and providing IT infrastructure support. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors for FMS/AMC/Warranty services and ensure adherence to compliance, information security, and data integrity. It will be your responsibility to follow GxP (GMP, GDP, etc.) for all processes and train your subordinates to adhere to the same standards.,
