Senior Executive-IT

As the IT Infrastructure Administrator at our site located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. Your primary duties will include the preparation and execution of validation deliverables at all stages, supporting Computer systems validation activities for GxP systems, and monitoring the performance of IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will be required to conduct periodic reviews of GxP systems, draft and implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all IT-related activities are performed in accordance with SOPs and guidelines, providing support to end users for IT-related issues/incidents/requests, and coordinating with the Corporate support team for global applications and IT infrastructure. Other responsibilities will include managing periodic backup, restoration, and archival of data on GxP systems, maintaining security controls on computerized systems, and overseeing user management and administration for GxP applications and computerized systems. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain good housekeeping practices, ensure the IT infrastructure is in working condition, and manage the necessary documentation effectively. Your role will also involve executing and monitoring routine backup activities, performing Windows administration, network administration, and providing IT infrastructure support. Collaboration with vendors for FMS/AMC/Warranty services, ensuring compliance with information security and data integrity standards, and adherence to GxP (GMP, GDP, etc.) for all processes will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to train subordinates to follow the same GxP guidelines. Qualifications: - MCA/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. I.T./Diploma in I.T.
