Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing security measures and conducting regular audits. Provide technical support and training to employees to address IT-related issues and enhance user proficiency. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations. Manage software and hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and resolve connectivity issues. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for IT services and solutions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems. Experience with IT support and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
