Senior Executive IT and Systems

The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

IT Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the companys goals. Assess the current technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement. Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

IT Operations Management:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure the continuous availability, performance, and security of IT systems, including ERP, CRM and other manufacturing-related applications. Manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high user satisfaction. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates or improvements.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect the companys data and systems from unauthorised access, breaches, and cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning.

Project Management:

Recommend IT projects that are to be taken by the organisation to move towards Industry 5.0 (key requirement). Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (ERP, CRM), network infrastructure, and cybersecurity
