Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West Bengal, India, for a Senior Executive Information Technology. The Senior Executive Information Technology will manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, implement security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, network management, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to support their IT needs. The role also involves staying updated on the latest technology trends and advancements, evaluating and integrating new solutions, and leading a team of IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Infrastructure Management and System Administration
• Knowledge of Network Management and Technical Troubleshooting
• Experience with implementing and managing Security Protocols and ensuring Compliance with Industry Standards
• Familiarity with emerging tech trends such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the customer experience industry is a plus
