Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Marudhar Chemicals in Jodhpur. The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
