Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations. Responsibilities include enhancing HR management processes, addressing employee queries and grievances, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• HR Operations and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in industrial sectors is a plus
