Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll. Primary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees and employment agencies, managing day to day HR Activities, including filing of monthly, annual and other ESI and PF returns, conducting periodic trainings, maintaining attendance and other HR records. Payroll Management and Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment, Full and Final Settlement. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate with 4-5 years of work experience in HR
