Job Description

Title: Senior Executive- HR

Location: Noida Sector 142, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Working with the various teams to understand their staffing requirements and develop Job descriptions for the profiles

• Sourcing of Junior, Middle & Senior level candidates through diverse sources- Campus, Vendors, Employee Referrals and LinkedIn.

• Screen the candidates from their resumes on the required parameters.

• Coordinate for the interviews with functional managers.

On boarding

HRIS

• Preparing and updating recruitment MIS.

• Maintain all relevant documentation and records from compliance point of view

• Ensure employee information is accurate and up to date in the HR database

Payroll

• Prepare monthly payroll data to be sent to accounts manager for salary calculation and disbursement

• Keep a track of employees Attendance and Overtime

• Handle employees queries related to leaves and salary

Employee Group Health and Accidental Insurance Plan

• Act as a bridge b/w employee and insurance partner for smooth process

• Maintain the data of all the employees enrolled in the plan

Training:

• Perform Training Identification of the employees

• Prepare and rollout training calendar

• Schedule and administer the training sessions

• Measuring training effectiveness & keeping the records

Employee Engagement

• Conduct employee Engagement activities fortnightly/ monthly / yearly as per plan.

• Organize and Coordinate for Team Outings.

Performance Management

  • Facilitate the performance management process within the functions
  • Support the Functional Manager in the performance management exercise

Additionally

v Manage the monthly Rewards and Recognition program.

v Supervise office administration, direct admin staff to optimize the level of hygiene & maintenance.

v Implement all initiatives as per the approved HR plan.

Qualifications:

MBA (Specializing in Human Resources) from a recognized university

Or

Related Master's degree ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR

2+years of relevant work experience.

Required

v Proven 2+ years of experience in Recruitment (IT & ecommerce preferred).

  • Experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, People Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement & Training & Development.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Willingness to be supportive and understands the absolute importance of confidentiality.
  • Keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing HR strategies
