Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate attendance, leaves, and HR compliance requirements.
• Support HR policies and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Office Administration:

• Supervise and manage a team of 2–3 office boys/admin staff.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and utilities.
• Handle vendor management and coordinate office-related purchases.
• Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and corporate activities.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare reports related to HR and office activities.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR and office policies effectively.
• Serve as a point of contact for all administrative queries and employee support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration and office management.
• Proven experience in managing a small team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
