Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Executive in the Hospital Networking & Supply Team. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hospital stakeholders, coordinating and negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless hospital, diagnostics, and pharmacy chains supply pipeline for diagnostic tests and medical treatment.

The candidate will be actively involved in identifying new partnership opportunities, streamlining networking processes, and implementing strategies to enhance operations within the healthcare network. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Networking and Relationship Management with hospitals and healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Vendor Coordination within the healthcare industry
• Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills to manage contracts and partnerships effectively
• Problem-Solving, Strategic Thinking, and Organizational Skills to enhance team and process efficiency
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Use of Business Tools
• Experience in healthcare or supply chain management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
