Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Ops Automation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for automating processes, troubleshooting issues, developing and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance. Daily tasks will include the identification of automation opportunities, implementation of automation solutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Process Automation and Automation tools
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to create and execute Test Cases
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
