Roles & Responsibilities
Packaging & Print Design
- Design and adapt packaging artwork, ensuring brand consistency across product lines.
- Create print materials such as leaflets, posters, danglers, and other in-store collaterals.
Social Media DesignDevelop visually striking illustrations for Instagram backed by insights — ideate, design, and monitor performance metrics to continuously refine creative strategy and boost engagement.Advertising & CampaignsCreate scroll-stopping digital ads (static and video) for paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google — from concept development to final design execution. Work closely with the marketing team to test multiple creative variations, analyze performance data, and optimize future campaigns for better engagement and conversion.Mandatory SkillsGraphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools to create engaging visuals across digital and print.Illustration Skills: Ability to conceptualize and create original, brand-relevant illustrations — from simple line art to detailed compositions — that enhance storytelling across social media, packaging, and campaigns.Video Editing & Animation: Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects to create dynamic video and motion content.Branding & Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate brand ethos into a cohesive design language across multiple mediums, ensuring consistency and recall.Good to Have3D Product Modelling: Familiarity with 3D design tools to create innovative and realistic product visuals.AI Design Tools: Openness to experimenting with AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve productivity, and stay ahead of industry trends.
