Senior Executive Quality Control (Manufacturing)

Education: Diploma (Mech - Must)

Experience: 4+ Years (oil and Gas or Valve or Pipe)

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Perform inward, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct calibration of instruments and maintain calibration schedules and records.

Update rework and rejection status in relevant reports and systems.

Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), identify root causes, and assist in corrective actions.

Conduct internal quality audits as per the defined plan and support in closing audit findings.

Actively participate in daily review meetings and provide quality inputs.

Clear SRNs (Store Return Notes) after verification and analysis.

Authorities:

Verify calibration reports and ensure compliance with calibration requirements.

Monitor the status of products throughout the inspection and testing stages to ensure timely approvals or rejections.

Accountabilities:

Prepare and maintain rework and rejection reports for management review.

Update and maintain calibration reports and documentation as per ISO or internal standards.

Submit daily working status reports to the Sr. Manager – Quality Control.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of quality inspection procedures and calibration standards.

Hands-on experience in instrument handling and measurement techniques.

Familiarity with ISO, 5S, and internal audit procedures.

Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred)
