Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices
  
• Manage installation and configuration of operating systems and software
  
• Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls
  
• Ensure regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups
  
• Handle email configuration, domain accounts, and access control
  
• Track IT assets and coordinate AMC, repairs, and vendor support
  
• Support ERP, cloud, or business applications in coordination with developers
  
• Implement cybersecurity and data protection practices
  
• Maintain documentation for software licenses, system changes, and user support logs
  
• Assist in IT budget planning, purchase, and vendor negotiation

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Diploma or certification in hardware/networking preferred (CCNA, MCSE, etc.)
  
• 36 years of experience in IT infrastructure support

• Strong knowledge of Windows and basic Linux environments
  
• Hands-on with networking, cabling, and server management
  
• Familiar with backup solutions and cybersecurity tools
  
• ERP and database familiarity (preferred)
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
