Role & responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices Manage installation and configuration of operating systems and software Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls Ensure regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups Handle email configuration, domain accounts, and access control Track IT assets and coordinate AMC, repairs, and vendor support Support ERP, cloud, or business applications in coordination with developers Implement cybersecurity and data protection practices Maintain documentation for software licenses, system changes, and user support logs Assist in IT budget planning, purchase, and vendor negotiation Preferred candidate profile Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field Diploma or certification in hardware/networking preferred (CCNA, MCSE, etc.) 36 years of experience in IT infrastructure support Strong knowledge of Windows and basic Linux environments Hands-on with networking, cabling, and server management Familiar with backup solutions and cybersecurity tools ERP and database familiarity (preferred) Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
