Senior Executive-Controllership-Accounts Receivables - Collections

Essential Functions

Comply with all regulatory, industry and Organizational standards pertaining to this position by following set procedures and processes
Collection of all Debts via emails and calls, within the companys credit policy
Reconciliation of all accounts for the designated panel of Brokers Managing unmatched cash credits and debits across age buckets Managing and reducing unallocated cash across age buckets Handle complex transactions and provide resolution with effective decision making/problem solving Attends to miscellaneous tasks associated with Credit Control and Accounts as directed by the Team Leader Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor

Minimum 15 years of education with a graduation degree/diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1.5 to 2 year of experience; Insurance/F&A knowledge will be an advantage
Good written communication skills and able to have internal interactions

• AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support


• Manager for the purpose of review, feedback, clarification and operations communication


• Agents for the purpose of seeking cooperation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required


• Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of work thread related issues and escalated transactions


• QCA for the purpose of feedback and audits

Primary External Interactions

• Mid-Market/Global/SME Underwriting teams, Distribution Team, Members of National Credit Control Centre, Claims Teams


• SME / Trainers at the client end for training and feedback
