Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The candidate will also oversee financial aspects related to client projects and contribute to the overall growth of client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in handling Finance-related tasks for client projects
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in an advertising or design agency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
