About the Role

Team Lead – Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of

  10–12 client servicing executives

  , driving performance and excellence in delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

  government ministries and institutional clients

  .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams —

  creative, content, PR, and digital marketing

  — to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop client strategies and campaign plans aligned with brand and communication objectives.
• Oversee campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience

  in

  Client Servicing / Account Management

  within a

  marketing or advertising agency

  .

• Mandatory experience

  working with

  government or ministry accounts

  .
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of

  10+ professionals

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  .
• Deep understanding of

  digital marketing, content creation, PR strategy, and paid media campaigns

  .
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
