Senior Executive Client Servicing

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with a strong foundation in SEO, along with a good understanding of Website Management and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage client communication while ensuring digital strategies are planned, executed, and optimized for results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable SEO, Website, and PPC strategies.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
• Monitor project progress, share regular performance reports, and handle client feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and broader digital marketing.
• Assist clients with end-to-end digital strategy planning (basic knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, website performance is required).

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 year of experience in client servicing within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, technical SEO, etc.
• Hands-on understanding of Website Management.
• Knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
