Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing located in Noida. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships by delivering an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, handling client inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role also involves working closely with finance teams to address and resolve any financial concerns relating to client accounts.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Finance skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus
