Job Description

Job Title: Admin – Stockist Secondary Scheme (Executive / Sr. Executive) Department: Sales / Retail Operations Key Responsibilities: 1. Stockist Secondary Scheme Management: Responsible for end-to-end administration of Stockist Secondary Schemes, ensuring timely rollout, tracking, and closure. 2. Data Collection & Compilation: Gather scheme-related data from field teams and distributors, compile and validate information, and maintain accurate scheme records. 3. Coordination with Finance: Liaise with the Finance team for code creation, validation, and disbursement of scheme payments, ensuring smooth reconciliation. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. • Good command over Excel and data compilation. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Distributors). • Exposure to sales or retail operations preferred. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in admin or data coordination roles.
