Job Overview:

Electrica Engineers Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other stakeholders in the automotive industry to achieve business objectives.
Commercial Development:
Develop and negotiate commercial agreements for new projects, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
RFQ Process Management:
Oversee the entire Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, including coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensuring timely submissions.
Cost Monitoring
: Continuously monitor and analyze the cost-to-company for ongoing production, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to manage customer-related changes in ongoing products and ensure seamless implementation.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives, ensuring strategic growth and market positioning.
