Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Executive to join our team at Novartis India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
