Senior Executive - Branding

As an Assistant Manager - Branding at Mallcom India Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring the successful execution of branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving sales growth through strategic branding efforts. Your primary tasks will involve the end-to-end management of exhibitions and seminars. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of these events to ensure effective brand representation. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various vendors to guarantee smooth event execution, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal departments and external agencies to align branding efforts with our business goals. By initiating and implementing branding strategies that support sales growth, you will collaborate with dealers and distributors to enhance our market presence. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving active brand engagement across both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) channels to maximize visibility and audience reach. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in branding, marketing, or event management in a relevant industry. - Solid understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and thrive under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is advantageous.
