Build strong relationships with local fan clubs, schools, and football communities to foster grassroots support for PFC and Roundglass Sports. Represent the club at various PFC and Roundglass Sports fan outreach events, ensuring brand values are upheld and fostering community support. 4. Digital Fan Engagement: Run online contests, fan content initiatives, and digital engagement campaigns in collaboration with the social media team. Develop innovative digital campaigns to increase fan interaction and keep the fanbase engaged year-round, not just on matchdays. 5. Data & Reporting: Maintain and organize fan data, feedback, and campaign reports using tools like Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and analysis. Provide insights and detailed reports on fan engagement metrics to senior management, helping to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Keep a close watch on competitor sports clubs and their fan engagement activities, reporting key insights to the team to ensure PFC and Roundglass Sports stays ahead of trends. 6. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of fan engagement professionals, including social media managers, event coordinators, and community managers, to execute fan engagement strategies. Collaborate with marketing, communications, ticketing, and commercial teams to ensure fan engagement initiatives align with overall club goals and sponsorship opportunities.
