Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Retrieve and analyze
ATM Electronic Journal (EJ) logs
Investigate
customer complaints and transaction disputes
(failed transactions, partial dispenses, no-dispense cases, etc.) using EJ data.
Coordinate with
banks, switch teams, reconciliation teams, and internal stakeholders
for EJ-based clarifications and closures.
Ensure
timely sharing of EJ reports
within agreed TAT / SLA.
Maintain accurate records of
EJ requests, analysis outcomes, and closures
.
Support
reconciliation and settlement processes
by validating EJ data against switch and CBS records.
Escalate
missing, corrupted, or unavailable EJ data
to technical teams and follow up for resolution.
Work in
rotational shifts
to support 247 ATM monitoring operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1 -- 3 years in ATM Operations / Monitoring / EJ handling
