As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales, your role involves engaging with potential clients visiting the real estate site, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information about the available properties. You will conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the properties, emphasizing value propositions and addressing client queries. Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company, and close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets. It is essential to stay updated on real estate market trends, provide insights into competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed sales strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist clients in completing necessary documentation, facilitate a smooth transaction process, and actively participate in lead generation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients and provide information about available properties - Conduct effective sales presentations and address client queries - Negotiate terms ensuring a win-win situation - Stay updated on market trends and provide insights into competitor activities - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Assist clients in completing documentation and facilitate transactions - Actively participate in lead generation activities - Provide regular sales reports and collaborate with the sales manager for performance analysis and improvement - Adhere to company's sales policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry - Strong understanding of the real estate market in Chennai - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven negotiation and closing abilities - Familiarity with relevant legal and documentation processes - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Please note: The skills required for this role include communication, customer relationship management, market research, adherence to policies, sales presentations, client engagement, documentation, prospecting skills, real estate knowledge, negotiation, lead generation, sales, and reporting.,
