Key Responsibilities

• Track action items across different projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  
• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Maintain structured documentation, meeting notes, trackers, and follow-up logs.
  
• Act as an execution partner to the Founder, ensuring continuity and accountability.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  
• Anticipate gaps, highlight pending items proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  
• Help free up the Founders bandwidth for strategic priorities by managing operational follow-through.
