Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Being responsible for business development & sales of Ready-Mix Concrete & Blocks in region and shall report to the Cluster In charge.

2. Preparing marketing & sales plan for the region and achieving projected sales of RMC & blocks 3. Identifying new clients and business opportunities

4. Providing technical information to customers

5. Managing Contracts with customers and Pricing of RMC & blocks in line with changing costs and market to exceed the planned margins

6. Monitoring equipment utilization and cost productivity parameters to optimize semi-variable/fixed cost

7. Managing after sales services such as invoicing, cube reports, cheque collections, etc

. 8. Implementing Credit Policy and control the outstanding below the limits set

9. Exploring new markets in the region and prepare to the business proposals

10. Providing Market intelligence reports to the Business Heads and other teams

11. Ensuring compliance with all the systems including managing the data, systems, and documentation/ records

12. Being required to spend over 40% of time in the field
