Handle end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes. Oversee attendance, time-off, and leave management workflows using the HRIS. Generate and manage HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data capture and verification. Administer employee life cycle activities (confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.). Assist with policy implementation, compliance documentation, and audits. Collaborate with IT and Zoho support teams for troubleshooting and optimization of the HR system. Continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations. Requirements Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services. Proven experience with Zoho People Plus (core modules like People, Payroll, Recruit, Connect, etc.). Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
