Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs for various levels of employees (Staff & Associates ), including induction, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through classroom sessions, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that meet business objectives.

  • To measure the effectiveness of training linked to ROI.
  • Manage the entire process from planning to evaluation of employee engagement initiatives such as recognition schemes rewards & recognition platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in Training & Development with Auto component manufacturing industry.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of designing effective training programs that drive business results.
