Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with IATF standards for plastic injection molding processes. Manage customer complaints, monitor PPM (Parts Per Million) levels, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee quality control activities such as inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product conformity to specifications. Develop and implement effective quality management systems to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the plastics industry or related field. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.) Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes.
