Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily production operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards. Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to achieve productivity goals. Plan and execute shifts according to schedule, coordinating with other departments as needed. Oversee shop floor management, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 3-6 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding industry or related field (Mechanical background preferred). Strong understanding of shift planning, manpower handling, and shop floor management principles.
